Yeah, the whole leaving kids alone thing has been big in the news lately. So it's kinda sad that I have to hesitate before posting this, and think, gee, is someone going to report me to Child Services because of what I'm about to post? This weekend we went to Arisia, a scifi convention in Boston. I saw a lot of people I know, of course (including some geeky friends I hadn't seen in ages) and the kids even saw some people they know -- Isaac spotted his social studies teacher, which astonished him to no end ( Read more... )
